Hollow Oak designs and builds kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home remodels for houses in Austin and the towns just north and west of it. One studio, one contract, one crew.
Hollow Oak Design-Build is a fictional studio. This site is a sales demo, built to show the kind of portfolio site a remodeler can hand to a client.

A real client site lists the license and the carrier here. This demo does not invent a number.
A written warranty
Two years on workmanship, once the punch list is done. The language on a live site would be the actual warranty.

How a project goes
Five steps, no mystery invoice.

Walk the house
We visit, listen, and measure. The first meeting is about how you actually live in the rooms, not a mood board.

Draw it
Plans, a material palette, and a model of the rooms that change. You see the work before anyone opens a wall.

Price it once
A fixed proposal with allowances called out. If the scope changes, we write a change order before the work does.
04
Build it
Our carpenters, not a rotating cast of subs you have never met. You get a weekly note and a clean site.
05
Walk it back
A punch list, a care guide for the finishes, and a two-year workmanship warranty on a real project.
